I Had Unprotected Sex Including Oral And Two Days After

I had unprotected sex including oral and two days after I came down with a fever of 101 and a painful sore throat, tonsils coated white and a dark purple sore on my left one. After another two days the symptoms are receding but tonsils still look gross. Could I have contracted herpes? I have no signs of it around or in my vagina.. other than a light pink tint in my discharge I noticed for a couple days.
