I Had Unprotected Sex Last Night. He Did Not Finish

I had unprotected sex last night. He did not finish inside of me, but we had sex twice and he still had sperm on himself when he went in the second time. The day after, I had very slight bleeding when I wiped, like a small spot of blood in my discharge. Could this mean I am pregnant?
