I Had Unprotected Sex Many Times..i Got My Periods Just

I had unprotected sex many times..i got my periods just after 12 days(periods were not normal,there was just a little bleeding for 2 days) because i was taking azithromycin due to some reasons..but then i diddnt got my periods (i was having unprotected sex during this also)..almost one and a half month has been passed after those abnormal periods but i didnt get my periods..I'm taking gynaecoaid and penorit together two times a day..what are the consequences?...i cant go to the guynacologist in any case..now plz help me
