I Had Unprotected Sex On Saturday My Vagina Has Since

I had unprotected sex on Saturday my vagina has since then been itching and feels raw when I wipe it looks like a mixture of yellow and pinkish blood so kind of peachy it's happened before because I don't get wet enough and he was rubbing my vaginal a lot and it was dry I believe I have a chaffing going on down there but I'm not sure why when I wipe it's that color or if maybe my skin is peeling because it does when I chaf down there just look for answers I'm scared and not sure
