I Had Unprotected Sex On September 30, 9 Hours Later

I had unprotected sex on September 30, 9 hours later I took the emergency contraceptive pill "take action." I then started spotting about a week later with dark blood, after a few days I had a full 5 or 6 day period, then continued to spot dark brown blood for days. All together I probably bleed 2.5-3 weeks. I then had a mandatory pregnancy test before being sedated for a dental procedure on October 20, it came up negative. Then about 5 days later I took another pregnancy test on my own, still came up negative. During this entire time I have not had sex. I had unprotected sex again on October 29&30 with my new boyfriend. And every weekend following that weekend. I started having strange symptoms of cramping, nausea, and sore breasts around November 26. Finally took a pregnancy test on December 2, 2016. It was positive. So now I don't know if it was the first guy or second guy. Please help.
