I had unprotected sex which lasted just 3-4 minutes on a drunk night 26 days ago. I dont know the female and I could not find her. I tested negative for chlaymdia and gonnorhea. I am still freaking out. I have constant anxiety and I am waiting for herpes lesions to pop out any day. I feel needles all over my body. I am not sleeping well or eating well because of anxiety. I have one pimple on my lower back nad I have een touching it constantly. What are chances of getting herpes from one exposure.
