I Had Unprotected Sex With My Fiance During Her First

I had unprotected sex with my fiance during her first day periods and she had I-pill within 3 hours it happened on 21st February and the periods get stopped.Right now that is from 25th February she is having severe bleeding with abdominal pain. Is there anything serious........... Is there any chance for pregnancy since our marriage will be in November only...... Please rpely me soon please
