I Had Unprotected Sex With My Partner And It Caused

I had unprotected sex with my partner and it caused me to get a bit of ripping on my vagina .. due to dry sex.. although they didn't bleed ... I took the pill within 48 hrs and I didn't wash myself due to all the pain .. I used tissue to dab coz of the pain.. couple of days maybe 4 ... I started to bleed .. not a lot. . Could I be pregnant .. ?
