I Had Use Steriods Both Orally And Droplets In My

I had use steriods both orally and droplets in my eyes. I've noticed my hair texture has changed and it's become dryer. There is one spot that is very short. What can I do to either completely rid my system of this drug or help to change my texture back to what it used to be?
