I Had Valve Replacement 9 Months Ago (pig Valve), And

I had valve replacement 9 months ago (pig valve), and also banded a valve. The last few weeks i geta real sharp pain in left arm (happens moving or laying down). The last 24 hrs I am getting a sharp pain in the left side of chest and some slight numbness down left arm. The Pain comes and goes but it is hard to breath when I am having it. Is this urgent or can it wait or is it normal? FYI I am a 50yr old female.
