I Had Vertigo Once About A Year Ago And A

I had vertigo once about a year ago and a physical therapist was able to elevate them. I am starting to feel the same symptoms: dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea. Am I more prone to getting it again and what should I do? Thank you for your time. Marlene
