I Had Very High Blood Pressure At The Doctor's Office

I had very high blood pressure at the doctor's office I've been on 100 mg / 25 hyzaar I had an echo and I have left ventricular hypertrophy and I was in the hospital with an episode of afib which went away so he put me on dilthizem240 milligram extended release along with the mg of 100/25 hyzaar. Just started so time will tell. Is this a good plan to reverse lvh and slow heart down so I can actually walk and lose weight?
