I Had Very Light Bleeding, Just One Wipe And It

I had very light bleeding, just one wipe and it was gone, very bloated and gassy ( for about 4ish days) I have been having unprotected sex, but I do not get a period monthly, I currently havent had one sense November. I am 21 and weigh 220LBS. I took a pregnancy test about a week and a half ago and was neg. could I still be pregnant?
