I Had Vulvar Cancer Surgery A Year Ago April Followed

I had vulvar cancer surgery a year ago April followed by 28 radiation treatments along with 5 low-dose chemo treatments. I recently noticed what feels like bumps beneath the pubis mons area. I have also had genital area itching which I have been treating with cortisone cream, which has worked very well. I have a follow-up appointment with my ob/gyn oncoogist in April but am wondering if I need to see him sooner.
