I Had Went To Massage Parlour 5 Years Ago. Only

I had went to massage parlour 5 years ago. Only thing I did that I sacked lady massager breast.
I had around 9 round of test for different test....HIV, VDRL , Hbsag, Hcv. All were non-reactive / negative in all test. Also I got tested for in Gulf certified clinic for visa after 2 years from possible exposure. That also cleared and result was negative. Again I got tested in Saudi Arabia for my residential card in Saudi.
All were negative For HIV, VDRL, HbSAg , Hcv. This test For visa

Again after 5 years, I m feeling irritation in my left growin area and have pain. This time again I undergone testing. This time also all are negative ( HIV, VDRL Hcv) but Hbsag showing positive. This is a kit type test..

Please suggest what to do. I m going to marry.
