I Had What I Believed To Be Food Poisoning With

I had what I believed to be food poisoning with sudden onset of significant , painless diarrhea (to the point of incontinence without Immodium) for 4 days.On 4th day I saw my MD and my AST and ALT were elevated to 47 and 96. Lipase 92 but normal amylase. I have had a sphincterotomy for sphincter of odi dysfunction in 2010 and other than needing Dexilant have been well. Are these labs consistent with food poisoning ? On day 5 I was symptom free.
