I Had What I'm Guessing Is The Flu A Couple

I had what I'm guessing is the flu a couple of weeks ago. I got over it in about a week and then a couple days ago all the sudden got sick again. I have a very wet cough that brings up green phlegm; chills; clammy skin and episodes of sweating; tightness in chest; fatigue; wheezing while both inhaling and exhaling normally. When I lay down it becomes even harder to breathe; breaths become very shallow and labored and the wheezing is louder. I also have experienced some tingling in my hands and feet.
