I Had What A I Thought Was A Cut On

I had what a I thought was a cut on One side of my labia. Two days ago I put Neosporin on it and yesterday I put aquaphor on it. Today it spread to the other side of my labia and it is Extremely painful. It is swallow and has a yellowish color to it. It is very painful to pee and wipe. Today I took a sitz bath. Nothing is working. I made an appt for the gyno tomorrow. I’m freaking out and just want so piece of mind that it’s nothing worse. I got tested in July and I have been googling images of stds and it doesn’t look like them. What does an infection from Neosporin look like?
