I Had What Appeared To Be Two Small Bumps On

I had what appeared to be two small bumps on the right side of my shaft, below the penis head back in Aug. It didnt go away, and became what looked like a moist lesion so i got tested. All came back negative, and the dr said it looked to be healing. That was back in Oct. It is now Dec and it has became a dry, white, harden beneath the skin area. I moisturize it and use anti bacterial neosporin which does seem to help but doesn't fix the issue. Thinking about buying dead skin remover unless you have a better idea
