I Had What Appeared To Look Like Melanoma For Months.

I had what appeared to look like Melanoma for months. (A little spot on my arm that started off as a red spot that looked like the skin was peeling off, to just a permanent spot) Then recently, the spot turned red and the skin looked like it was peeling again, and now it has inflammation and bubbly in a way. Not sure what this is??
