I Had What Felt Like A Lot Of Acid In

I had what felt like a lot of acid in my stomach and throat. I took Pepto Bismol and it didn't work. So I took way too much (half a bottle in one day). I am just now resting after a vomiting episode that lasted a while. It felt like I was vomiting pure acid. The vomit was clear sometimes and other times brownish. What do you think?
