I Had What Look Like A Small Bit Or Minor

I had what look like a small bit or minor scratch yesterday. It was madly itchy all afternoon. That's when I first noticed it. It itched all night and today it looks like cigarette burn. I can't tell if it's actually feels like it's burning or if that's an effect of my rsd. It's on the back of my leg.
