I Had What Looked Like Black Dots On My Testicles

I had what looked like black dots on my testicles for a long time. Actually they were tiny blood spots, or tiny bloods sacs that would form off a the tiny blood vessels on my scrotal sac. I had these for years and sometimes the little blood sacs would burst and bleed for a long time.
