I Had What My Doctor Thinks Was Food Poisoning About

I had what my doctor thinks was food poisoning about a month ago. I have blaoted stomach my food . My stomach is sore always and sometimes my pain goes into my back my food keeps coming up and down , I have a lot of cramping in my stomach and off and on diarrehea This is out of charactor for me as I have always been constipated. I had a colonoscopy last October which was normal. I am diabetic have high blood pressure and cholestrol all controlled with medication. Despareately seeking help and answers to these issues as it is really frustrating. Diarrehea comes with no notice making it almost impossible to go anywhere. Please help!
