I Had What Seemed Like A Darker Looking Puss Filled

I had what seemed like a darker looking puss filled pimple on my upper crack but it popped earlier and the amount of blood, puss, and watery liquid has made me scared. This puss has stopped for the most but I feel dizzy and weak. I'm sick to my stomach but I think it's just from my anxiety about the situation.
