I Had What Seemed To Be An In Grown Hair

I had what seemed to be an in grown hair on my right eyebrow for close to a month all the sudden 3 days ago I woke up with a badly swollen eye. Now this morning it was completely swollen shut. I went to urgent care 2 days ago n got antibiotics but they dont seem to be helping at all. If anything its much worse. What could it be? And what should I do?
