I hadn't moved my bowels in about 4 days, I was having stomach pain. I am doing better & moving bowels once sometimes twice a day.
I have increased my fruits & veggies & have included benefiber with my water.
The only thing that I am experiencing now is if I have been sitting awhile & I get up I feel the some discomfort in my tummy area, it has lessoned & gotten better. I can rub my tummy & it doesn't hurt, I sleep great at night.
If I was worse I would be going to the doctor, could it be those days I didn't move my bowels I was backed up, this is taking time to feel better & I am not worse.
