I Has Annual Std Blood Test And Was Negative For

I has annual std blood test and was negative for HSV1 and abnormal for HSV2. My symptoms are so different from everything described online as outbreaks. No flu like feeling, pain, sores, bleeding. I had a small pimple at the top of my buttock that just went away. I don't know if I should have another blood test performed or accept the diagnosis. Could this be true, even if I have not had any issues in the past?
