I Has Lichen Sclerosis Vulvar, Recently Dx, Although Symptomatic For

I has lichen sclerosis vulvar, recently dx, although symptomatic for years. Also have weird itchy rash on feet. Tiny spotted on top of toes, and red and itchy all over. I am curious if both skin conditions are the same. How can I tell the difference between other more common conditions like eczema and LS?
