I has sex on Saturday and Sunday daytime with my girlfriend then day after was sore. I looked and had 1 tiny spot in middle of penis and a few more further down near to pubic area. The spots were clear and when squeezed a tiny amount of clear fluid came out. The it is now 4 days later and it's still painful to touch. Any idea?
