I Hav Been On Clomid This Cycle. On Cd 15

I hav been on clomid this cycle. On cd 15 and 16 I had some pain on my overies. Dr said afyer ultrasound that there is a cyst on both sides.and give me duphaston tab for 14 days. He ask me about taking serum progestrone test on cd21. My question is what are the chances of ovulation for me having cysts in mid cycle and while taking progestrone my test results will not fluctuate s. Or it gives me the true idea about ovulution
