I Have 1 Very Red & Very Soft Ball Like

I have 1 very red & very soft ball like shape spot on my ankle & itchy some times . I have caught it when putting my boots on & it bled , please could you let me know what it might be has I have had this for about a mouth , it started small now it's getting bigger. Thank you . Danny Dickinson
