I Have 2-3 Hard But Smooth Bumps On My Left

I have 2-3 hard but smooth bumps on my left inner butt cheek not far from the vagina, they're like the place where if I was to lay down and spread my butt cheeks (the butt cheeks right under the vagina), located there. They aren't open sores and they are painless but one had slight pain and they're a bit smaller than a pea.
