I Have 2 Web Like Intestinal Strictures Passed The Duedenum.

I have 2 Web like intestinal strictures passed the duedenum. These are from previous abdominal surgeries (crohns, ostomy, resections, etc). They are closer to the exit than the entrance. I just accidentally swallowed a piece of chicken that had a cluster of tendons and stuff on it. It was about an inch wide. Will my stomach acids dissolve it or do I need to prepare for another obstruction? My passage way is no bigger than a coffee straw. I get blocked by a full banana (too bulky and fibrous to pass). Will this chicken dissolve before it gets to my stricture?
