I Have 2 And Half Months Boy Baby, My Problem

I have 2 and half months boy baby, my problem is how to make him cool, mistakenly i had more spicey mutton food which is prepared using green chilly, after that baby was crying like anything. He use to cry when he release the gas and even very difficulty for him to do motion and when he passes the urine that time also. Please suggest me what kind of food i should take at this moment.
