I Have 2 Cockatiels One With An Infected Eye. Im

I have 2 cockatiels one with an infected eye. Im not sure what happened, but i tried polysporin eye drops. There is a white line across his eyeball, I thought it was a feather, I pulled on it and it was not a feather, it was something attached to his eye, I left it alone ever since. The other one has a clogged nose. Wha can I do for them
