I Have 2 Different Spots. One Around Belly Button And

I have 2 different spots. One around belly button and one in my scrotum. Both started out like pimples with heads. When I squeezed them to pop them, they have become enlarged and tender. Seems like the more I squeeze them, the harder and larger they get. They both still have pimple like heads on them.
