I Have 2 Growths 1 On My Chest Wall The

I have 2 growths 1 on my chest wall the other on my colour bone both on left side, the growths are getting bigger, I've been seeing a heart doctor, I went to physical therapy and use the 10s on my shoulder to help with pain, that's not working, made it worse, now I have tingling from my left shoulder down to my fingers, I have pressure pain in my chest, I get dizzy, and light headed, and suddenly feel tired.
