I Have 2 Hernias One Umbilical And One In Groin

I have 2 hernias one umbilical and one in groin region which is the one doctor's can't find but i know without a doubt it's hernia. It hurts severely almost aa the time. The umbilcal one seems more tender with occasional sharp pains. It all appears to be getting larger. I've been experiencing some nausea lightheadedness and some diarrhea and loose bowels. Should I go to the ER??? I don't have a primary care physician because I can't afford insurance
