I Have 2 Herniated Discs In My Neck And 1

I have 2 herniated discs in my neck and 1 in my back. I have also suffered from migraines for many years. These health issues are documented by testing. I am SO FRUSTRATED because I experience a LOT of pain. Despite this fact, my doctor REFUSES to prescribe anything stronger Norco 10/325, additionally, he has prescribed the same 120 pills for 13 years and won't adjust the prescription. I think he is a JERK, and I was trying to find out if this is normal.
