I Have 2 Nodules On The Left Of My Thyroid

I have 2 nodules on the left of my thyroid and 2 on the right. I have also been having burping and feeling like a lump in my throat. I also have a Cough and the doctor said I have silent acide reflux. I take prescription prilocect. I haven't felt good all day. I go to my ENT tomorrow. I was just wondering what you might think is wrong.
