I Have 3 Bulging Discs And The L5 Is Sitting

I have 3 bulging discs and the L5 is sitting on the sciatic nerve. I also have bursitis. I have been through physical therapy, chiropractic, osteopathic manipulative medicine. I am in pain and I am now considering decompression therapy. I don't know what it does and if this is right for me.
