I Have 3 Calculi In The Bladder Which Is Mildly

I have 3 calculi in the bladder which is mildly distended with slight lobular contour The largest is 9mm.
Both Kidneys demonstrate hypodensities- largest on right 2.4 cm
Liver 2mm hypodensity left lateral
Lungs with scattered linear opacities 9mm largest

What is happening? What do I do?
