I Have 3 Months Baby Am Suffering From Constipation. The

I have 3 months baby am suffering from constipation. The stool is hard and 2 or 3 days once. Some time bleeding also. Am so disturbing from this problem from 3 months. I take plenty of water. Please suggest which fruit s vegetables foods helps to come out from this problem.
Is it effects any other health problems like anemic , appendix etc
