I Have 3 Nodules On My Thyroid. One 4 Cm

I have 3 nodules on my thyroid. One 4 cm and another 2 cm nodules are located on the left side of my thyroid and the third nodule (1 cm) is located on the right side of my thyroid. Three years ago I had radiation treatment for breast cancer.
Should I have my entire thyroid removed?
