I Have 3 Small Abscesses On Inside Of Left Wrist.

I have 3 small abscesses on inside of left wrist. I took antibiotics in the beginning and it drained for the most part and the soreness is gone. I quit taking the antibiotic after a few days thinking it would still leave enough infection to push the cores out on there own but now it almost has healed but a little infection still comes out but not the cores. People are telling me that I should continue my antibiotic and just let it heal over all the way! Should I cut the cores out and then continue the antibiotics? I know that I should go to the Dr. but underlying circumstances prevent me from doing so! Thank u!
