I Have 3 Swollen Places On My Armpit They Don't

I have 3 swollen places on my armpit they don't hurt but very sore to the touch..I had a swollen foot went to my Dr he sent me to the imaging center for ultra sound I showed my right ovary was larger than the left. I also had some lympnodes in my groin on the right side These lumps are also on my right side..Should I be concerned!!Help
