I Have 4 Rodd In !y Lower Back. I Have

I have 4 Rodd in !y lower back. I have had bronchitis for 2 weeks and when I cough I have am electric sensation in my hips. Now Icam hardly walk without terrible pain. Is this possible that I have irritated my fusion? Will it go away? What can I do for the pain? Thank You
