I Have 4 Spots On My Brain. I Was Told

I have 4 spots on my brain. I was told this about 4 years ago when I went to the emergency room. I do have sinus drainage but my head hurts very bad and my blood pressure is escalated 161/101. I also have dizzy moments and tingling and needle like pinches in my head.
