I Have 4 Step Children And Their Mother Only Feeds

I have 4 step children and their mother only feeds them cheese pizza when they visit her every other weekend, and they tell me that's all they were eating before she left. this has of course become an issue with trying to get them to eat other foods that my husband and I cook but I would like to know if this harmful to their health?
